Japanese green tea is like a natural supplement!If you eat 2 grams of sencha leaves at one time three times a day ,you can take in a lot of nutrition from table1.
“Sencha” is one kind of the Japanese green tea
In order to take in all of the nutrition that sencha has ,not only are you drinking a cup of sencha, you also need to eat its leaves .But I think that eating a little sencha leaves is easier than a lot of vegetables.
