The popular Japanese weekly comic magazine “Shonen Sunday” and “Shonen Magazine” marked their 50th anniversary  on Mar 17,2009
Both magazines were released on Mar 17,1959

It is amazing that the day when “Shonen Sunday” and “Shonen Magazine” were released were same.
Without a doubt, they are fateful rival for each other!

And ,in order to commemorate the 50th anniversary ,they have launched  various joint projects.

“Tokyo international anime fair 2009″ one of the world’s largest international trade fair for anime is taking place in Tokyo Big Sight from Mar 18 to Mar 21.

Many companies are displaying their new line of at such product as DVD,character goods.

This week ,Japan is flourishing in Anime and Manga.

Many anime characters are placed on official leaflet of this fair.
